This notice explains how King’s Mountain LLC handles personal information through its company website at welcometocrownville.com, www.welcometocrownville.com, and kings-mountain.kingdonswack.chatgpt.site, including its pages, contact form, and related email conversations. It does not cover the SensoryTune app or other future products. Those services will have their own notices when available.

Information you share

Our contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry topic, and message. We also receive information you send us by email. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Cookies and tracking

We do not add advertising trackers or independent visitor analytics to this website. Hosting, security, and sign-in services may use cookies or similar tools needed to operate. The public website does not require visitors to sign in. Any owner or editor sign-in is handled by OpenAI. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some functions may stop working.

How long we keep inquiries

Our policy is to keep routine inquiries and related emails for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them from the records we control. We may retain relevant records longer for an ongoing business relationship, legal obligations, or a dispute. Provider logs and backup copies follow the providers’ own retention schedules and may not disappear immediately.

Access, corrections, and deletion requests

Email contact@welcometocrownville.com to request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you sent us. Use the email address from your inquiry when possible and tell us which message or information your request concerns. We may ask for limited information to confirm the request is yours.

We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain if more time is needed. For a verified deletion request, we delete relevant information from our active inbox and other records we control, including available Formspree submissions, and ask a provider for help when needed. We will explain if we must keep particular records for a legal obligation or dispute. Provider backups may remain until their normal deletion cycle. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes priority.

Children’s information

This company website is intended for adults seeking company or project information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and caregivers should use their own contact details and avoid including a child’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can address it.
